BLS Sterilizing Plant

The BLS sterilizing plant is a sterilizer for liquid products. It can either be used temporarily to sterilize for example contaminated cocoa liquor or it can be integrated in a normal processing chain. Function: The sterilizing process depends on different aspects such as temperature, moisture content and pressure. These process parameters can be adjusted and pre-set by the operator to meet the requirements of the customer. By adding more water the moisture content can be increased which in combination with a rise pressure can speed up the sterilizing process. This helps to clearly cut the sterilizing time, which otherwise would need hours. The BLS sterilizing plant operates batch wise.
